Epidote is a green to black mineral that is commonly found in metamorphic and igneous rocks. It is believed to have various healing properties, such as helping with emotional trauma, enhancing memory and mental clarity, and boosting the immune system. In terms of spiritual effects, epidote is said to aid in spiritual growth and personal transformation.
To cleanse and recharge epidote, it is recommended to place it under running water or in sunlight for a few hours. It can also be cleansed with sage smoke or buried in the earth overnight. To recharge it, one can place it on a quartz cluster or in the sun for several hours.
